These terms cover use of Angel during private beta.
Use of Angel
Angel helps you trace claims to Finnish public records and organize the resulting source trail. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it or using it in published work. Angel is a research aid, not a substitute for editorial, legal, or professional judgment.
Accounts and access
Access during beta is limited and may require approval. We may pause, limit, or remove access at any time to protect the product, other users, or the source systems Angel connects to.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Angel to overload, scrape, or attempt to bypass the source systems it queries, and not to misrepresent Angel's output as something other than what it is: a tool that surfaces and links to existing public records, not an authority on whether a claim is true.
Ownership of outputs
The sources Angel surfaces are public records; nothing about using Angel restricts your right to cite or publish from them. Angel's own interface, software, and underlying technology remain our property.
No guarantee
Angel may not find every source, and it may not be able to verify every claim. "Cannot verify" is an expected, valid result, not a failure of the product. Angel does not guarantee completeness or accuracy of any result and does not replace independent verification.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angel and its operator are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including decisions made or published based on its output.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time during beta, with or without notice. You may stop using Angel at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
